Pothana

Pothana is a small village along the Mardi Himal trekking route just south of the Annapurna Range. It’s located in the Annapurna Conservation Area and can be accessed both by walking and by vehicle. The village formed around 1970 when expeditions began to come to the area. In 2000, it was a popular camping ground.
